• 1 guest/ granny room on the ground floor

• A presidential suite master bedroom catering for a massive walk-in wardrobe, study room, lounge area, king and queen toilet basin and bathtub

• Massive living, dining and dry kitchen that exudes a cosy and luxurious vibe for a relaxing night gathering

• Massive gym and entertainment room isolated by an exclusive stairwell to ensure hosting of gatherings and parties are kept contained and away from the rest of the household members

They knew exactly how they wanted their dream home to be, provided us with mood images and realistic timeline to work with, such that the design development was completed within a short half an hour meeting, much to our clients’ approval and concurrence to proceed for authority submission.
